Bernard Banhamou’s biography
Delegate for Internet Uses with the Ministry of Higher Learning and Research
Bernard Benhamou was advisor to the French Delegate at the United Nations Summit on “Information Society” as well as Implementation Director for “Internet, School and Family” alongside the Ministry of School Learning and the Delegate Ministry for the Family. He is the author of the report “Le Projet, Proxima: Pour une appropriation de l’Internet à l’École et dans les Familles”. He then designed “Passport to the Cyberworld”, the first fully on-line exhibition at the “Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie” in 1997.
